First edition of this suite of 100 heliogravures of artistic female nudes.
Published by the librairie des arts décoratifs, it was produced by photographer Stanisław Julian Ignacy Ostroróg, also known by the pseudonyms Lucien Waléry, Stanislas Waléry and, as here, Laryew. He was notably the photographer of the Ballets Russes.
The edition appeared in the 1920s. The year 1923 is usually indicated, but the album does not appear in the Bibliographie de la France until 1927. The first photograph is laminated.
Folders soiled and stained in places. Slight soiling to title.
