Souen Lê VÂN aka La PAIMPOLETTE (born 1987) Les Femmes Capitaines, 2025 Stencil Titled, dated and justified 1/10 lower right in pencil 79 x 59 cm (on view) Solid oak frame Souen Lê Vân is an art director and multi-media artist (ink drawing, stencil, street art, typography, etc.) working between Brittany, Normandy and Amsterdam. Creator of La Trouvillette (2020), then La Paimpolette (2022), she exhibits her work in her Paimpol studio-boutique. In 2025, she federated her universe under the name Les Femmes Capitaines, an artistic collective whose first ship is a work in its own right.
