Bamboo Hanakago, Meiji period, Taisho Hanakago in the shape of a teoke (wooden barrel with a handle to carry water) used for ikebana (flower arrangement). It is made with a section of bamboo cut in half, keeping the sides that will serve to fix the top hold made of a bamboo blade, while the bottom has been cut into strips of square section stopped at the base by a braid of the plant. The top is solidified by rounded strips inside and outside the vase fixed by very thin strips tied in braces. H. 40,5 cm
