Baluster vase with flared neck in black glazed ceramic, the neck flanked by two Buddhist lion masks holding a ring in their mouths. The interior is glazed in cracked beige and the rim of the neck shows some ochre run-off. Traces of a ghost decoration can be seen on the body. The black-glazed underside bears an old "RAUFAST - 18 rue de la Boétie" label. China, 17th-18th century H. 4.5 cm
