Set of two small copper-alloy statuettes, one representing the Hindu deity Kârttikeya (also called Kurama, Murugan or Skanda). He is the son of Shiva and Parvati. He is shown seated on his mount, the snake-killing peacock named Paravāni. The second depicts the goddess Shiva seated with four arms, wearing her attributes, a trident, a cobra and a kundika (lustral water jug).
